Append-only provenance logs
Hash-chained, cryptographically signed action records that no role — including our own database administrators — can rewrite. Corrections are appended, never edited.

Facts, declarations, automated findings, and legal interpretations are kept strictly separate. Confidence is reported; verdicts are never automated.
